Pilates Reformer/Chair Class (Intermediate Level)
This class typically begins on the Pilates Reformer and then moves to the Pilates Wunda Chair for the last 20 minutes of the class. This class is for the Intermediate and Advanced Intermediate student who is familiar with the Pilates Reformer and who understands core Pilates principles.
GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Class
This class is a foundational level GYROKINESIS class and is open to beginners and advanced practitioners alike. We typically start seated on the stools articulating, lubricating, lengthening, and strengthening the spine through flexion, extension, spirals, lateral movements, waves, circles, and undulations. Corresponding breathing patterns go with each exercise bringing rhythm and flow to the movements. Once the body is prepared, we work standing, as well as down on the mat, progressing to more rigorous exercises.
